Cloud technologies in the problems of mathematical analysis of cardiological information

The article includes the observation of the cloud services and technologies usage. The article contains a review of mathematical analysis of cardiac information using cloud technology, which produces storage, analysis and forecasting on the basis of owned data. In addition, the authors consider the possibility of integrating cloud technologies with external systems. The massive use of mobile devices for the removal of the electrocardiogram (ECG) leads to a quantitative increase of the patients number available for ECG investigation. Thus, there are new opportunities to research the oscillatory processes of long-term dynamics of the individual state of the cardiovascular system (CVS) of any patient. The article demonstrates new opportunities the long-term continuous monitoring of the patients CVS, which allows identifying regularities of the dynamics of the CVS. Also this article comprises the observation of the existence of an adequate model of CVS as a distributed nonlinear self-oscillating system of the class model returns the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam (FPU).
Fermi-Pasta-Ulam auto recurrence in the description of the electrical activity of the heart

The authors proposed and mathematically described model of a new type of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam recurrence (the FPU auto recurrence) and hypothesized an adequate description of the heart's electrical dynamics within the observed phenomenon. The dynamics of the FPU auto recurrence making appropriate electrical dynamics of the normal functioning of the heart in the form of an electrocardiogram (ECG) was obtained by a computer model study. The model solutions in the form of the FPU auto recurrence – ECG Fourier spectrum were evaluated for resistance to external disturbances in the form of random effects, as well as periodic perturbation at a frequency close to the heart beating rate of about 1 Hz. In addition, in order to simulate the dynamics of myocardial infarction model, studied the effect of the surface area of the myocardium on the stability and shape of the auto recurrence – ECG spectrum. It has been found that the intense external disturbing periodic impacts at a frequency of about 1 Hz lead to a sharp disturbance spectrum shape FPU auto recurrence – ECG structure. In addition, the decrease in the surface of the myocardium by 50% in the model led to the destruction of structures of the auto recurrence – ECG, which corresponds to the state of atrial myocardium. Research models have revealed a hypothetical basis of coronary heart disease in the form of increasing the energy of high-frequency harmonics spectrum of the auto recurrence by reducing the energy of low-frequency harmonic spectrum of the auto recurrence, which ultimately leads to a sharp decrease in myocardial contractility. In order to test the hypothesis has been studied more than 20,000 ECGs both healthy people and patients with cardiovascular disease. As a result of these studies, it was found that the dynamics of the electrical activity of normal functioning of the heart can be interpreted by the display of the detected by authors the FPU auto recurrence, and coronary heart disease is a violation of the energy ratio between the low and high frequency harmonics of the FPU auto recurrence Fourier spectrum equal to the ECG spectrum. Thus, the hypothesis has been confirmed.
Is One Lead Registered ECG Able to Reflect the Whole Picture of the Main Electrocardiographic Parameters Characteristic for Healthy Patients As Well As for Myocardial Ischemia Ones?

Electrocardiograms (ECG) remain the main noninvasive tool that cardiologists use first for examining CAD in clinical practice. Since the invention of cardiograph, the cardiologists following the original Eindhoven construction traditionally have been using 12 lead electrodes kit for registering ECGs. However, together with development of telemedicine the one lead electrode ECG registering is in high demand. The heart, being a selfsustained oscillatory system could be possibly analyzed through studying the Fourier spectrum features of the ECG registered by any of the 12 conventional leads, which remind electricity consumer’s lines going from a central generating power station – the heart. So far, any lead as any electrical line may contain the overwhelming heart dynamic characteristics by analogy with the parameters of the central electric generator.
FPU Recurrence in the Coupled Blood Pressure Dynamics in Magisterial and Small Arteries Networks and the Character of its Interaction with the Heart Electrical Activity

Computer model simulating the coupled blood pressure dynamics in magisterial and small arteries with the heart electrical dynamics has been suggested. The Fermi-Pasta-Ulam auto recurrence in the description of the electrical activity of the heart has demonstrated the universal role of the FPU recurrence in the study of dynamical systems. The heart electrical dynamics was described by the coupled Van der Pol differential equations with time lags, linked with two additively coupled nonlinear differential equations circumscribing the blood pressure dynamics in the networks of magisterial and small arteries. The arterial blood pressure dynamics was interpreted as coupled FPU recurrences showing a rich variety of resulting FPU spectra, which were referred to different states of Cardio Vascular System. Synchronous registering of the real ECG and Pulse Wave Fourier dynamic images allowed to unify the characteristic Fourier pictures of the heart electrical activity with the hydrodynamic blood parameters developing in the networks of two types of arteries. The computer study of the suggested model and comparison of its results with the real data proved that the ECG Fourier parameters coupled with the Pulse Wave Fourier parameters form the FPU spectra that increase stability of Cardio Vascular System and can be used for diagnostics as well as for evaluation of the therapeutic arrangements results.
Forrester’s Concept in Modeling Heart Dynamics

The paper deals with the Forrester’s approach to analysis of heart electrical dynamics based on the hypothesis that heart belongs to the class of Complex Systems and its dynamics can be described by coupled Van der Pol differential equations with a time lag. The chain of such equations suggested by Ginzburg and Landau was used to describe such states of heart dynamics as normal beatings, fibrillation and ischemia through the kinds of the chain dynamics as regular oscillations, chaotic dynamics and intermittency dynamics of order – disorder type correspondingly. The mathematical model supporting the hypothesis demonstrated all mentioned model modes of heart functioning. During the computer, study of the model another hypothesis has been put forward concerning the existence in the heart dynamics a special oscillatory region, which interacts with ischemia oscillatory region lowering its energy. According to the prediction, both regions had to have different resonant parameters. Taking into account the results of the model study there has been made another prediction about possible synchronization of the heartbeats by applying external periodical perturbation at frequency of about 1 Hz. The pilot data supporting the proposed hypothesis have demonstrated the reality of the suggested hypothesis. In particular, the real ECG and their Fourier spectra of healthy patients corresponded to the model regular ECG and their Fourier spectra. The ECG Fourier spectrum of the patient with a cardio stimulator corresponded to the model synchronization of the ECG and its Fourier spectrum generated by the developed mathematical model. As far as the ECGs and Fourier spectra in patients with differently developed ischemia are concerned, they confirmed the hypothesis about the existing of two interacting oscillatory regions in myocardium: the ischemic and the defending ones. The defending region decreases the volume of the ischemic process through lowering its energy. Summing it up one can conclude that the experimental results confirmed the suggested hypothesis and the prediction following from it.

Система стратегического управления аграрно-промышленным комплексом РФ создается в рамках ЦИАС СГИО СХ — основной информационно-аналитической системы Минсельхоза России (МСХ). Цель проекта — повышение информи-рованности управленцев МСХ о текущем и прогнозируемом состоянии АПК и обеспечение информационно-аналитической поддержки принятия ими стратегических и оперативных решений при реализации государственной программы по развитию АПК с учетом вступления страны в ВТО. Актуальность создания системы стратегического управления исполнением государственной программы (ГП) по развитию АПК несомненна. ЦИАС СГИО СХ реализуется на базе существующего типового проекта Централизованной информационно-аналитической системы (ЦИАС),предназначенного для одновременного исполнения множества информационно-аналитических систем (ИАС) различного назначения, работающих на базе единого Центра обработки данных (ЦОД). В интересах ЦК типовой проект ЦИАС был доработан для применения технологий BIG DATA IBM и в такой версии способен воспринимать и обрабатывать все виды как структурированных данных (от 1С), так и неструктурированных и потоковых данных (от интернет — для анализа рисков).

Во все большей степени качество решений машин начинает превосходить качество решений людей. Совокупность т ехнологий, стоящих за подготавливаемой всем ходом технического прогресса цифровой революции сейчас условно и называется: Big Data (BD). Новые технологии не заменяют и не отменяют уже существующие технологии, а дополняют, развивают и интегрируют их, совместно обеспечивая выход на новый виток технического прогресса.
