Введение в теорию программирования. Объектно-ориентированный подход : учебное пособие для СПО

В учебном пособии представлены основные разделы программирования в приложении к объектно-ориентированным языкам программирования (теория вычислений, представление синтаксиса и семантики выражений, теория типов и др.). Базовые аспекты профессионального программирования излагаются в сравнении языков «нового поколения» C# и SML на единой платформе Microsoft .NET, что дает возможность более глубоко проникнуть в суть процесса создания программных систем. Учебное пособие будет полезно для студентов, обучающихся по укрупненным группам специальностей среднего профессионального образования 09.00.00 «Информатика и вычислительная техника» и 10.00.00 «Информационная безопасность», при изучении дисциплин «Программирование» и «Основы алгоритмизации и программирования».

Functional Programming Patterns in JavaScript

Today, JavaScript (JS) is a mainstream programming language. A number of Web apps written in it have grown tremendously over the last years. Almost every Web app has JS in it since modern Web browsers support it natively, and nothing else. Modern JS apps are getting bigger and more complex. To write these apps in the traditional imperative style is becoming more and more difficult. Functional programming approach brings many advantages for large-scale development. We will have a look at what those advantages might be, and which FP patterns and techniques could be especially useful for JS development.

Integral Assessment of Efficiency of Scientific Research in Scientific Institutions of Russian Ministry of Health

The effectiveness of the research results’ implementation is one of the main indicators that must be taken into account in the allocation of budget funds for research. The requirement of efficiency of spending budget funds allocated for research works leads to the necessity for continuous improvement of the methodological apparatus of decision support on the allocation of funds, including considering the efficiency of implementation of previously obtained research results of each certain research institution. With the development of information technology, it is important to improve the quality of the use of budgetary funds through information support for decision making on the organization of research in the Health Ministry of Russia, based on the assessment of the potential of the research institution, reflecting their ability to achieve the stated results in the execution of state contracts. The technique of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of research results in scientific institutions of the Health Ministry of Russia is obtained in the framework of state assignments or state contracts on the basis of a set of scientometric and statistical indicators, as well as expert evaluation. The requirements to the methodology and indicators, and the requirements to the approaches and methods of expert evaluation are consistently given.

Digital Systems for eCTD Creation on the Pharmaceutical Market of the Eurasian Economic Union

Pharmaceutical market integration is highly dependent on digital technologies in general and the Internet in particular. The work aims are to study the available software for creating Electronic common technical documents and the possibility of its application on the Eurasian Economic Unionmarket.To obtain information, the surveywas performed based on employees of pharmaceutical companies, which were interviewed to identify the software they are using or plan to use. Based on the obtained results, a list of preferred software was compiled. It contains 9 software products. As part of the second phase of the study, a survey of developers of designated software solutions was conducted. Results showed that for pharmaceutical companies operating in the Eurasian Economic Union region, the issue of software readiness for working with the requirements of domestic regulators is of particular importance. Most foreign software products can be localized only after significant modifications. Domestic software solutions are just beginning to appear and in some cases are highly specialized. For example, programs for planning and meeting regulatory deadlines in the market are represented by single products.

Improve Statistical Reporting Forms in Research Institutions of the Health Ministry of Russia

Chat-Based Approach Applied to Automatic Livestream Highlight Generation

Highlight generation and subsequent video production processes are expensive when it is done by humans. The paper shows how the process can be automated. It defines the highlight generation problem, suggests and discusses five different approaches for solving this problem. Statistics-based approach is discussed separately in deep detail along with algorithm implementation elements.Web-based highlight generation and video production service requirements and architecture are identified and discussed, respectively.

Обзор современных моделей и методов анализа временных рядов динамики процессов в социальных, экономических и социотехнических системах

Описаны направления перспективных исследований в области анализа и моделирования динамики временных рядов процессов в сложных системах с присутствием человеческого фактора. Динамика процессов в таких системах описывается нестационарными временными рядами. Прогнозирование эволюции подобных систем имеет большое значение для управления процессами в социальных (избирательные кампании), экономических (фондовые, фьючерсные и сырьевые рынки) и социотехнических системах (социальные сети). Приведены общие сведения о временных рядах и задачах их анализа. Рассмотрены современные методы анализа временных рядов для экономических процессов. Результаты показывают, что экономические процессы нельзя считать полностью случайными, так как они имеют тенденцию к самоорганизации и, кроме того, подвержены влиянию памяти о предыдущих состояниях. Выявлено, что одной из главных задач при моделировании процессов в социотехнических системах (например, социальных сетях) является разработка математического аппарата для приведения данных к единой шкале измерений. Проанализированы современные модели анализа и прогнозирования электоральных процессов на основе анализа временных рядов: структурные, опросные, гибридные. На основе проведенного анализа рассмотрены их достоинства и недостатки. В заключении подтвержден вывод, что для описания процессов в сложных системах с наличием человеческого фактора помимо традиционных факторов, необходимо разрабатывать и использовать методы и инструментальные средства для учета возможности самоорганизации человеческих групп и наличия памяти о предыдущих состояниях системы

The Impact of Object Immutability on the Java Class Size

According to the subjective opinions of many industry experts, object immutability is a virtue in object-oriented programming, since it leads to side-effect-free design, cleaner code, better concurrency, and many other factors. However, it has never been empirically demonstrated exactly how immutability affects quality metrics of object-oriented programs. In the following research, we analyzed 97508 classes from 240 public Java repositories to find out how immutability affects the size of the code.

Study of the Cancer Treatment Drugs Availability Effect on Overall Survival

The issue of accessibility of new drugs is always an acute one, as for patients and for doctors, as well as the healthcare system managers. The appropriateness of speeding up market approval for new drugs was assessed using the example of the markets of the Russian Federation and the USA. The nomenclature of available antitumor drugs was compared and comparison of data on mortality caused by malignant neoplasms was performed. The results showed that with the availability of new drugs for the treatment of cancer, mortality did not show the expected decline, but increases in the United States by an average of 2.51% per year for the period from 2013 to 2017. Moreover, in the absence of 74% of new antitumor drugs on the market of the Russian Federation, mortality decreases by an average of 0.74% per year over the same period. The results retain their orientation when individually considering different age groups and localization of neoplasms, which indicates the general nature of the described phenomenon.
